Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
• Experience in modelling / visualizing of requirements (Mockups, BPMN, UML etc.)
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes, identify issues, and propose effective solutions
• Ability to think on different levels of abstractions or perspectives (business / architecture / user / tech etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and the development team
• Flexible and open-minded attitude, willing to learn and enhance skill set;
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying issues and finding solutions
• English (B1+), proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
