As we continue to expand our digital presence, we are seeking a talented Video Content Creator to transform our raw video materials into compelling social media content that drives engagement and builds our brand across multiple platforms.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Content Creator who can take existing video content and reimagine it for various social media platforms. This role involves creating engaging short-form videos, reels, and visual content optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and our website. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of platform-specific video requirements, current social media trends, and the ability to craft content that resonates with both B2B and consumer audiences in the insurance and trucking sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform raw footage into social media videos (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, etc.).
• Optimize content for different platforms, ensuring proper aspect ratios, duration, and formatting specifications.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos, including motion graphics, text overlays, captions, and branded elements.
• Create engaging short-form content that captures attention within the first 3 seconds and drives viewer engagement.
• Develop video content strategies tailored to each social media platform\'s unique audience and algorithm requirements.
• Stay current with video trends and implement trending formats, effects, and storytelling techniques.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
• Analyze video performance metrics and adjust content strategies based on engagement data.
• Develop brand-consistent visual elements, including intro / outro sequences, lower thirds, and branded templates.
