Requirements :

Available Full Time 40+ Hours per week

Strong vlog-style filming skills — comfortable following me anywhere, including international travel.

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Solid video editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci).

Able to cut engaging long-form vlogs and YouTube Shorts / TikToks.

Experience with thumbnail design or directing a designer.

Familiar with YouTube channel management — uploading, titles, descriptions, scheduling.

Creative, proactive, and self-directed — can plan, shoot, edit, and post without micromanagement.

Professional and trustworthy — will have access to private moments and strategy.

Job Description :

I’m looking for a dedicated Vlog Videographer-Producer / YouTube Manager to help me capture and grow my personal brand on YouTube. You’ll be my creative partner—following me in Dubai and around the world, filming wherever I go, and turning daily life, travel, business, and behind-the-scenes moments into highly engaging long-form vlogs and short-form content (YouTube Shorts, TikToks, Reels) .

This is a full-stack content role :

you’ll plan, shoot, edit, design or direct thumbnails, cut Shorts from longer footage, manage uploads, and help strategize the channel’s growth. You’ll start solo, owning the entire process end-to-end. As the channel grows, there will be opportunities to expand the team and take on leadership responsibilities — if that’s something you want.

You’ll need to be self-directed, flexible, and hungry to learn—able to work with minimal direction but maximum ownership.

What You’ll Be In Charge Of :

Filming vlog-style content anywhere—Dubai and international travel included

Capturing behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, business, and travel moments in real time

Planning and executing shoots with minimal direction

Editing long-form vlogs with engaging pacing, music, and storytelling

Cutting YouTube Shorts, TikToks, and Reels from your footage for maximum reach

Designing or directing thumbnails that get clicks

Maintaining consistent publishing and content calendar

Suggesting new content ideas, formats, and hooks

Compensation :

Compensation is open and will be based on your experience, skillset, and the value you bring to the table. I am looking to pay very well as I am looking for someone that has both the experience and the drive to scale my personal brand.
