We’re on the hunt for an experienced Creative Director to lead our powerhouse team of Creative Strategists and Copywriters. You’ll combine performance-driven storytelling, team leadership, and AI-first workflows to guide our creative vision and keep us ahead of the game. You would be part of the leadership team and manage a high-output team of 6 strategists.
Own the creative quality and performance output of our strategy team. Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing team that delivers bold, on-brand ad concepts—designed to convert.
We are looking for the right candidate to start ASAP in the next 4–8 weeks.
What You’ll Be Doing Lead, support, and grow a team of 5+ Creative Strategists and Copywriters
Oversee strategy decks, scripts, storyboards, and creative output across all accounts
Run weekly team meetings, manage workloads, and handle day-to-day prioritization
Conduct monthly 1 : 1s, mentor junior talent, and build clear development pathways
Collaborate with the leadership team on hiring, resourcing, process improvement, and performance quality
Own a small set of VIP client projects to stay close to the work and inform SOPs
Stay ahead of TikTok and Meta trends, and regularly feed the team with fresh inspiration
Use AI tools to brainstorm, script, research, and develop new creative angles
Review and iterate on creative based on ad performance data and client KPIs
Champion a test-and-learn mindset across the team—what works, scales
What You Bring 4+ years of experience in creative strategy, copywriting, or paid social at an agency or DTC brand
Proven leadership experience : managing creatives, running team meetings, mentoring talent
Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills (direct response, short-form, social-first)
Deep understanding of Meta and TikTok paid ad platforms and what makes ads convert
Experience with A / B testing and performance analysis
Hands-on with AI tools and excited to innovate how we work
Detail-obsessed, fast-moving, and emotionally intelligent
Remote work experience preferred
Fluent in English and confident presenting to clients
3 hours from Central European Time (CET)
