About our role :
We're looking for a skilled Performance Video Editor who is passionate about branding, visual storytelling, and digital content creation.
This position involves creating high-quality short-form video ads and UGC-style content that resonates with audiences on social platforms.
Key responsibilities include turning scripts, ideas, or rough footage into engaging video content, designing and editing visual ads to drive performance across various paid channels, and collaborating with performance creatives and designers to bring data-driven ideas to life.
Key Requirements :
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Experience in creating content for paid social media campaigns, especially short, conversion-focused ads
- Ability to edit UGC-style videos, motion graphics, or animation snippets
- Familiarity with Photoshop and Figma for visual and ad asset support
- Comfortable working with basic performance metrics (CTR, CPM, ROAS, etc.)
