Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic professional to fill a recruitment consultant position.

This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to candidate placement and onboarding. Key responsibilities include :

Managing job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview coordination to meet client needs.

Conducting thorough assessments of candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR teams to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Providing expert guidance and support throughout the recruitment journey, fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, be able to discern between urgent and important tasks, and thrive in fast-paced environments. A Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred, along with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and interviewing.
