Research Consultant Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Consultant to join our team. As a senior member of the research team, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating top leadership talent and conducting comprehensive cultural fit analyses for organizations worldwide.

The ideal candidate will bring advanced expertise and leadership to complex projects, developing and executing compelling search strategies in close partnership with consultants. They will identify and evaluate potential prospects, skillfully representing clients in the market and ensuring candidates are market-validated.

Maintaining up-to-date awareness of industry dynamics, including strategic activities, leadership changes, and emerging trends, is crucial for success in this role. The Research Consultant will build trust-based relationships within candidate pools through deep market understanding and credibility.

Key Responsibilities :

• Developing and executing search strategies
• Identifying and evaluating potential prospects
• Supporting consultants throughout the entire search process
• Engaging confidently and articulately with clients and candidates
• Maintaining proficiency with tools and technology

Requirements :

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent client and candidate engagement, agility in learning and adapting to new challenges, effective collaboration and communication, proficiency with research technologies and project management, and commitment to ethics and confidentiality.

You will have a Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited institution, a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant post-degree business experience, and strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a clear interest in new technologies.
