Maintaining up-to-date awareness of industry dynamics, including strategic activities, leadership changes, and emerging trends, is crucial for success in this role. The Research Consultant will build trust-based relationships within candidate pools through deep market understanding and credibility.

To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent client and candidate engagement, agility in learning and adapting to new challenges, effective collaboration and communication, proficiency with research technologies and project management, and commitment to ethics and confidentiality.
You will have a Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited institution, a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant post-degree business experience, and strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a clear interest in new technologies.
