The Role

We are seeking a high-performing full-time Investment Analyst to join our Private Credit team in Madrid. The role offers the opportunity to work across the entire investment lifecycle—from pipeline generation and screening to structuring, due diligence, transaction execution, and ongoing portfolio management. We are looking for someone with strong foundational experience who can contribute directly from day one, impacting investment opportunities immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to all stages of the investment lifecycle :

Sourcing : Assist in identifying and assessing early-stage investment opportunities, prepare screening materials, support pipeline development, participate in sourcing calls and meetings, structure deals, and maintain up-to-date pipeline records. Conduct thematic research on sectors, markets, and macro trends relevant to our strategy.

Due diligence & transaction execution : Review investment materials and datarooms, perform virtual and on-site due diligence, prepare investment memos, conduct qualitative and quantitative credit risk analyses including financial modeling, impact / ESG evaluation, and support closing workstreams such as KYC, internal process facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Portfolio monitoring : Collaborate with portfolio companies during the investment period to monitor performance through reviewing reporting materials, process amendments, and waivers. Support internal reporting, valuation updates, and portfolio reviews.

Assist with the team’s and firm’s fundraising efforts, including contributing to ad hoc fundraising requests, updating marketing materials, and responding to DDQs.

Perform other internal tasks as needed, such as supporting corporate projects, contributing to the Annual Impact Report, platform development, and other team priorities or administrative tasks.

1–3 years of relevant experience, such as leveraged finance, sell-side / investment banking (preferably in credit), buy-side private credit or equity, or advisory / audit.

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a proven track record of producing high-quality investment work.

Self-motivated, proactive team player capable of operating independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
