Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Analyst to join the Private Label Solutions (PLS) Commercial Programs team. PLS partners with a wide range of businesses, including airlines, online travel agents or corporate travel companies to provide travel products to their end customers. PLS\' mission is to provide its partners with solutions to fuel their growth and help them win.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will partner closely with the Credit Management Reporting Team and a wide variety of stakeholders across Expedia Group to enable financial insight, deliver meaningful analysis, timely and robust reporting, and project deliverables. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset who is eager to utilise their skills in financial reporting and modelling.

In this role, you will :

• Support the Partner Finance team to effectively operate the Expedia Affiliate Collect (EAC) programme, through the provision of management reporting & review of process improvements
• Partner with the Commercial Finance team to review & monitor the EAC portfolio and provide detailed analysis of individual affiliate trading trends to support recommendations that are likely to have a direct impact on business growth / risk
• Provide insight into key EAC performance drivers and affiliates at risk of breaching their credit terms
• Problem solving data issues and working with analytics / product teams to ensure consistency of EAC data across all systems
• Drive progress in EAC reporting by identifying and implementing enhancements and efficiencies that will improve commercial decision-making on affiliate credit matters
• Assist in the development of working capital efficiency reporting to demonstrate affiliate level RoI evolution to the business
• Provide ad hoc finance support as and when required

Experience and Qualifications

Please note that this role is only available in the following location : Madrid , in alignment with our flexible work model which requires employees to be in-office at least three days a week. We are unable to offer relocation assistance for this role.
