Responsible for supporting sales of complex technical products, solutions and / or services for Surgery Modality (Mobile C Armas).
Responsible for providing application and clinical support during and after the sales process within in assigned region (Spain & Portugal), and carries a quota.

Responsibilities
- Help Account Manager to identify, analyze and advise customers on their needs in a pro-active way to develop new business opportunities for GE Healthcare Products & Services. Provide sales information as well as technical information upon customer requests (may require pre-sale product demonstrations and clinical trial support).
- With the customer’s needs, build / generate a proposal with sales quotation, validate customer’s solution and close deals on assigned products in the territory. (Go / No Go Analysis)
- Provide presentation, demonstration, business understanding, quoting and sale support.
- Coordinate show site visits with local organizations and support customer visits as needed.
- Participate in user meetings / Medical Advisory board in collaboration with Product Managers.
- Work with Product Marketing Team and local Organization to identify key reference sites for new product introductions.
- Analyze competition and provide Market Information to Account Manager and Product Marketing Team, including Win / Loss Analysis.
- Ensure sold products are clinically relevant and translate clinical needs into technical and performance specifications.
- Provide thought leadership on product optimization and market positioning.
- Communicate with local Account Managers to meet clinical evaluation needs for new software / options / systems before release; disseminate information on Clinical trends.
- Establish regular linkage to the Product Specialist Group.
- Post-sale support including on-site clinical in-servicing and go-live support (Application training).
- Resolve product vs. application issues and provide first-level client support; gather information to hand off to the support team when needed.
- Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and develop long-term customer relationships; identify opportunities to satisfy customer needs.
- Ensure knowledge and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies.
- Understand customer needs and be able to sell and demonstrate GE Products & Services; build personalized relationships to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Develop presentations based on customer knowledge, demonstrating GE solutions to improve the customer’s business environment.
- Engage with new and existing accounts to establish credibility with clinicians and drive clinical strategy.
- Demonstrate, promote & sell assigned products and services within territory; demonstrate proficiency in product applications in a clinical setting.
- Produce sales proposals and quotations using available eTools.
- Develop, coordinate and deliver product applicative training to customers on software and / or equipment use; monitor installations to improve satisfaction and relationships.
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention through education on equipment utilization.
- Produce post-training reports and provide feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
- Use market and product knowledge to develop sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to increase prospects and close opportunities.
- Support trade shows and professional conferences with product demonstrations, promotions and customer training.
- Facilitate team communication and the sharing of best practices.
Quality and Compliance
Be aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual and Quality Management System; follow Quality Goals and applicable laws and regulations.Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within defined deadlines.Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take corrective action as required.Know and follow Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies, including HIPPA / GDPR considerations, and operate within them.Drive continuous improvement on related processes, work instructions, and procedures to standardize and simplify the Quality Management System.Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years clinical / technical experience with X-ray systems, or at least 3 years commercial experience with demonstrated successes in high-level customer interactions and sales in guided therapies with C arms.Commercial flair; persuasive and able to influence clinical decision for GE.Active professional clinical / technical certifications / registries necessary to scan live patients in a clinical setting; strong clinical knowledge.Strong interpersonal & communication skills to effectively communicate with external customers, global counterparts and team members; ability to present complex material clearly.Solid problem-solving skills; ability to manage and resolve conflicts and propose solutions.Self-motivated; willing to identify opportunities for improvement and act on them.Customer-focused; team-oriented with a satisfaction mindset; ability to multi-task and manage priorities.Willingness to travel within territory and to sales meetings / tradeshows; flexibility to adapt to changing work environments.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in X-Ray systems, especially guided therapies.Proven track record in clinical applications; clinical experience in large hospitals; healthcare business knowledge.Strong presentation skills; advanced certifications / registries desired; ability to communicate effectively in local language.Inclusion And Diversity
