Job Description

As a Product Specialist, you will provide essential technical support for product development, taking responsibility for identifying, developing, and managing LAIA products to support both existing and new business models. Working closely with our product development team and commercial departments, you will help ensure our products meet high-quality standards and deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships;

conduct product demonstrations for clients, staff, and stakeholders to communicate product benefits effectively.

Support the development of new products and analyze and document the product development process.

Identify customer needs and market trends, leveraging insights to support product improvements and business growth.

Collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to develop strategies for product positioning and market expansion.

Support the development and documentation of new products, analyzing performance and refining features based on customer feedback.

Lead internal and external product audits to maintain quality and compliance standards.

Quickly address customer issues by providing expert support for product-related inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.

Organize and conduct training sessions, as well as meetings with customers, to reinforce product knowledge and usage.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or Electronics.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

Strong organizational skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Strong analytical and customer service skills.

Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Skilled at conducting engaging and inspiring product demonstrations.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, especially with Manufacturing, Commercial and Marketing.
