Answer incoming calls from boutiques and shops, addressing user demands and providing timely solutions within established Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Log call details onto call management systems, guaranteeing accurate recording and response / resolution adherence.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services associated with applications specific to individual customers.
Ensure contractual SLAs are consistently met, upholding high standards of performance.

Requirements :
1-year experience in fashion retail, with proficiency in Greek and English languages.
Strong sales techniques and exceptional customer-facing skills, enabling effective relationship-building.
