Role Summary
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and sales skills to join our team. As a Customer Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound activity, responding to customer queries, making outbound calls, creating quotes, and initiating post-sales tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
- Mainly handle inbound activity (calls, emails, chat, tasks) of customer post-sales requests
- Respond to inbound queries in a fast and effective manner
- Make outbound calls when necessary to resolve issues with customers and different internal business units
- Create quotes and follow up with cross-selling / upselling opportunities while maintaining a proactive and service-oriented attitude
- Ensure personal knowledge of the Store portfolio and Post-sales process are maintained
- Initiate and manage customer post-sales related tasks, covering order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow-up, refund requests, and escalations using multiple tools, such as CRM & Order Status Suite with a high-quality, efficient, and customer-centric approach
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who possess strong communication skills, are bilingual or proficient in French and fluent in English, have minimum 1 year relevant experience, and demonstrate a natural talent to help others and go beyond expectations for our customers.
