Overview UX Design Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned UX Design Director to lead our design team and drive the user experience of our products forward.

Responsibilities Lead the design direction for our products, working closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Develop and manage design strategy, UX architecture, style guides, and interaction patterns to ensure consistency and efficiency in our user interface.

Mentor and coach a team of designers, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and deliver assets such as wireframes, prototypes, and UI visual designs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.

Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need :

A minimum of 5 years of experience as a user experience designer, user interface designer, or similar role.

At least 1 year of experience leading a design team with some people management responsibility.

Expertise in creating accompanying UX assets & UI / visual designs with an eye for detail, consistency, and systemic mindset.

Familiarity with modern digital design software and tools like Figma.

Experience with human-centered design processes and agile product development.

Excellent customer experience intuition and ability to prototype using lowcode or nocode platforms.
