Establish and lead a downstream manufacturing function from greenfield to commercial readiness.Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements while achieving operational excellence.Build and develop a high-performing, safety-first manufacturing team.What you will do :

Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE and all applicable pharma regulations and standards.Hire, onboard and develop a skilled manufacturing team focused on quality and performance.Drive process optimisation strategies to improve efficiency and maintain product consistency.Analyse production data and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.Oversee inventory management to support uninterrupted, lean manufacturing operations.Introduce smart manufacturing technologies to enable digital process control and real-time decision making.Promote sustainable practices in manufacturing, including energy reduction and green chemistry.Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources to align with business goals.Translate organisational goals into actionable training and development plans for staff.What you will bring :
