As an Account Manager on our team, you will :
Manage partner pipeline, identify new opportunities, and drive successful deal closures
Understand partner markets and competition, evaluate reseller interest
Create partner loyalty, drive partner competencies and certifications in BU products
Ensure partners leverage promotions, events, and programs
Collaborate with partners to drive revenue through campaigns, opportunity identification, and closure
Identify qualified opportunities and support partners in closing large deals
Work closely with telemarketing, sales teams, and key resources to maximize revenue and satisfaction
Monitor partner marketing plans, investments, and ROI
Attend country partner events to meet key partners

Are bilingual or proficient in German and have an advanced level of English
Have two years of related technical sales experience (preferred)
Are familiar with channel programs
Possess excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Work towards goals using negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and prioritization
Demonstrate innovation, good judgment, and problem-solving skills
Can establish clear action plans to achieve goals
It would be a plus if you :
Have experience working in a channel environment, with knowledge of partners and distributors

Full-time 39 hours / week temporary contract : Monday to Friday 9 : 00 to 18 : 00
Salary : €23,400 gross / year + up to €7,200 gross / year in bonus
Location : Barcelona or Valencia
