Job Overview
This role is responsible for leading the customer service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, strengthen partnerships with clients, and enhance service satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer excellence by managing demand planning and controlling supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve operational performance and provide full supply chain support and services.
- Manage key customer accounts and serve as a single point of contact for internal and external customers / stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.Excellent English (oral and written) skills are required, Spanish is an asset, and any other language is beneficial.More than 5 years of experience in supply planning and NPL gained in pharmaceutical FDF companies.Strong management and negotiation skills, proficiency level in SAP (APO, SD, MM) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).Preferred Qualifications
Masters degree in supply chain or related functions.Familiarity with SAP systems and MS Office tools.
