Overview
Our team is seeking a highly skilled Paid Media & Programmatic Specialist to manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms focused on user acquisition and ROI optimization. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing daily Paid Media campaigns across multiple channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, and Amazon Ads.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Paid Media strategies to drive new player acquisition through multichannel performance marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize full-funnel profitability and optimize CPI, CPA, LTV, and ROAS.
- Design and implement audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies to increase conversions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, and Conversion API.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in Paid Media / Programmatic within gaming, betting, e-commerce, or high-volume apps.Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and DSPs.Experience managing large budgets and international campaigns.Strong command of GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, and Conversion API.Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and business metrics.#J-18808-Ljbffr
