We are looking for a Sales Account Executive Team Lead to help us strengthen and conquer the n1 spot in the French Market! This is a great opportunity to combine both hands-on and strategic selling, and mostly team leadership to deliver measurable growth.

The Role

Our Account Executive Team works directly with mid-market and enterprise customers to understand their needs and guide them through the full sales cycle. As a Team Lead, you will manage your own pipeline while coaching a group of talented AEs to ensure they have the guidance, strategy, and support to close deals effectively. Your leadership will directly influence revenue generation, team development, and the way Factorial builds long-term relationships in France.

The Role

  • Lead by example : you’ll manage your own pipeline while actively supporting your team of AEs throughout the full sales cycle- from prospecting to closing.
  • Coach, develop, and inspire your team to reach and exceed their targets through strategic support, regular 1 : 1s, and hands-on deal guidance.
  • Help your team build strong, consultative relationships with C-Level and VP-level stakeholders- you're their go-to resource for navigating complex sales conversations.
  • Drive outbound strategy and account planning , ensuring your squad identifies the right opportunities and executes with precision.
  • Foster collaboration across departments- SDRs, Marketing, Product, CX- to align efforts and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy and provide clear visibility on team performance, pipeline health, and revenue potential.
  • Champion the French market expansion by sharing insights, refining messaging, and building scalable sales playbooks and best practices.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales Leadership , sharing your perspective on team needs, market feedback, and process improvements.

Your Profile

  • French expert & professional use of English We are international!
  • Possess a Hunter + Farmer mentality, demonstrating hunger, persistence, and a strong work ethic.
  • Have at least 2 years of closing B2B sales within SaaS-based companies or digital transformation environments.
  • Experience leading a team of Account Executives and managing people.
  • Adept skills in data analysis and commercial strategy development.
  • Excel as a communicator, quickly establishing rapport and empathizing with individuals.
  • Proactively generate and champion new ideas, demonstrating initiative and creativity.
  • Exhibit full ownership and accountability for all activities undertaken.

    Transparent salary grids from 50.000€ to 70.000€ OTE , with a 70 / 30 split (fixed + uncapped variable!).
