We're a leading hospitality brand with over 100 hotels in 20+ countries, seeking an ambitious Regional HR Director to drive our people strategy.
This role requires flexibility to relocate to various locations and participate in international business trips.
- Strategic HR Partnership : Collaborate with senior leaders and hotel HR managers to implement consistent HR policies and practices.
- Talent Management : Lead the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
- HR Operations Excellence : Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Employee Relations & Compliance : Advise on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- International Mobility : Supervise employee relocation processes, including visa and work permit applications.
- Employee Welfare : Manage staff accommodation and employee services.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience in HR management / supervisory roles, ideally in hospitality or service industries, with regional or multi-site responsibilities.Fluent English (written and spoken).Demonstrated international experience or exposure to multicultural work environments.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with influence across levels.
