Head of Origination

Overview

Job Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to spearhead our origination efforts in Spain.

This key role reports directly into the EMEA Director and works closely with senior stakeholders to originate, negotiate, and execute principal loans in the Spanish Development Finance market.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in originating in the Development Finance market, a substantial Debt Adviser and Broker network, and expertise in underwriting risk.

The successful individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and loan proposals, expanding our organization's network and brand, and contributing to business strategy and new product development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Originate and execute new loans to meet lending targets.
• Provide high-quality service and delivery to borrowers.
• Presentation of high-quality credit proposals to the Credit Committee.
• Maintain oversight throughout the life of loans with strong portfolio management.
• Expand the organization's network and brand.
• Contribute to business strategy and new product development.
