Job Description

Your missions

The Head of Talent Acquisition France manages day-to-day operations and strategies for France (Paris, Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, Nantes, Bordeaux, Lille, Strasbourg) from our Talent Acquisition division based in Madrid. Reporting to the Deputy CEO of France, the responsibilities include :

  • Team Management : Coach, train and develop team members; the France team is composed of 20 Talent Acquisition experts.
  • Strategy : Develop innovative recruitment strategies across attraction channels, including employer branding, referrals, partnerships, and direct sourcing.
  • Operations : Monitor performance and procedures to achieve yearly hiring targets (France : >

500 hires for 2025).

  • Financial Management : Create and present the regional budget to the Executive Committee.
  • Communication : Engage in strategic discussions with Executive VP and Regional Directors and execute plans operationally.
  • Amaris Ambassador : Uphold the group’s global standards and initiatives.
  • Compliance : Ensure legal and regulatory compliance within TA processes in support of HR (GDPR, ISO, etc.).
  • Your profile

    You should be an experienced Talent Acquisition leader with strong practices and processes to attract and nurture talent :

  • Minimum of 6 years as a Talent Acquisition Lead or Head of Talent Acquisition, with a track record in fast-paced environments.
  • At least 2 years of people management experience, including leading remote teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms with hands-on experience in AI-driven recruitment tools and a passion for innovation.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
