They must also maintain complete knowledge of brand features, ship information, and revenue products.Key Qualifications- Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.- Experience in handling different types of events with 80+ guests.- Guest services shipboard experience is an advantage.- Knowledge of luxury hotel operations and upscale customer service.Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Act as primary advocate and representative for all guests, reacting efficiently and effectively to achieve impeccable results.- Responds to escalated guest concerns in a professional and positive manner.- Maintain the physical appearance and ambiance of public areas, ensuring a clean organized, fully stocked, welcoming environment.- Cordones guests' special requests for personalized services, such as transportation, restaurant reservations, activities, wine, spa, shore excursions, flowers, tailor service, and baby-sitting etc.
