What are we looking for?

At Dogfy Diet, we are looking for a Community Manager & Content Creator to join the Marketing team, launching the German market from scratch and reporting directly to the Global Community Manager.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

• Full social media management : leading and driving engagement across our Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and YouTube accounts, fostering community growth and strengthening our connection with audiences.
• High-impact content creation : conceptualizing, producing, and editing creative assets across all formats (photos, videos, stories, reels, shorts, etc.), appearing on camera when needed, and ensuring fresh, innovative, brand-aligned content.
• Strategic partnerships management : identifying, negotiating, and coordinating collaborations with influencers and content creators to maximize visibility and campaign reach.
• Content writing and adaptation : creating, translating, and reviewing persuasive copy for social media, paid campaigns, and other channels, adapting them to different markets and audiences.
• Planning and organization : designing and executing a monthly content calendar to ensure consistency, relevance, and alignment with global marketing objectives.
• Local strategic implementation : tailoring the global social media strategy for the German market, spotting relevant trends, and adapting messages and formats to local culture and audience sensitivities.
