Job Title : Social Media and Content Creation SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media and Content Creation Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that engage our audience and drive brand awareness.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling content, managing social media campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. You will work closely with our global social media manager to develop and localize a social media calendar aligned with market goals.Responsibilities : - Develop and execute social media strategies that align with market goals- Create engaging content (social posts, stories, videos, interactive formats) for both paid and organic channels- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring content performance across platforms- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure visually compelling and on-brand content across all social platforms- Innovate within the social space, finding new and exciting ways to engage customers via social media channels to drive awareness, conversation, and community- Leverage data-driven insights to refine social media strategies, optimizing content for performance and engagement- Generated innovative campaign concepts to increase awareness, engagement, and following- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure social activations align with broader business objectivesAbout YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about social media and content creation.
