Growth Product Manager

About the Company We are looking for a Product Growth Manager obsessed with scaling products through data-driven experimentation, rapid iteration, and an AI-first mindset.

About the Role You will own the product growth loop across acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referral, working hand-in-hand with our Growth Data Analyst and Head of Growth. If you thrive in high-intensity environments, can navigate both Growth Hacking creativity and deep Product Growth metrics, and have a passion for conversational AI and semantic AI systems, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

Define and execute growth strategies across the full funnel : acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, monetization, and virality. Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data analysis, user research, and experimentation frameworks. Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to implement AI-driven features that directly impact KPIs. Work with our Growth Data Analyst to design and run rapid A / B tests, measure impact, and iterate fast. Partner with the Head of Growth to align product initiatives with broader company growth objectives. Leverage semantic AI models and conversational AI to create personalized, high-impact user experiences in our productivity SaaS. Develop and optimize onboarding, in-product education, and retention systems to maximize LTV and DAU / MAU ratios. Benchmark competitors and continuously test innovative ideas to outperform the market.

Qualifications Mandatory : Based in Andorra (employment contract) OR willing to work as a contractor / self-employed in Spain or your country of residence. Near-native or native English (C2 level).

Required Skills Proven Experience : Driving measurable product growth in SaaS, ideally in productivity tools or AI-powered platforms. Hands-on in growth experimentation, A / B testing, and data-driven decision making. Working with conversational AI or semantic AI systems.

Preferred Skills Strong Plus : Previous experience in a high-growth productivity SaaS company. Background in scaling AI products from MVP to mass adoption.

Mindset Data-obsessed, experimental, and outcome-oriented. Can move fast without breaking what matters. Clear communicator, capable of aligning cross-functional teams.
