Key responsibilities include communicating with customers via chat, video, and co-browsing tools, understanding customer needs, and recommending tailored product solutions.
You will also support initial device setup, identify cross-selling opportunities, and contribute to project KPIs. This requires passion for tech and consumer electronics, sales experience, comfort with digital communication tools, and ability to build trust with customers.
As part of our team, you will work five days per week from 10 : 00 to 19 : 00, including Saturdays, and enjoy a permanent contract and hybrid working model.
