Descripción del trabajoStrategic Leadership & Growth : Define and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Identify and secure new business opportunities. Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and partners. Project & Service Delivery : Ensure adherence to scope, quality, timelines, and budgets. Guarantee alignment with client expectations and continuous improvement of service delivery. Team Leadership & Organization Building : Recruit, lead, and develop multicultural teams. Strengthen and consolidate organizational structures. Strategic Partnerships & Market Positioning : Drive key agreements with agencies and industry stakeholders. Position the business unit as a strategic partner in delivering high-value project management consultancy services. Master\'s degree in engineering, project management, or related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in senior leadership roles, with extensive experience in P&L management, project management, business development, and strategic partnerships. Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and inspire multicultural teams. Fluent in English (C1 – C2 level); additional languages highly valued. Opportunity to work with a multinational team.
