Responsibilities

• Shape the B2B sales function. Help define the strategy, approach, and guiding principles to establish a world-class enterprise sales function.
• Go after high-potential leads. Identify and engage target businesses to build a portfolio of revenue-driving corporate clients.
• Learn the industry inside and out. Understand incentives, pressure points, and decision-makers to build powerful relationships.
• Work closely with the product. Communicate clearly, gather client feedback, and provide input to influence future development.
• Follow the data. Monitor performance metrics to gauge impact and identify high-value actions.
• Stand out at every touchpoint. Deliver outstanding service that builds trust with clients.

The selection process

Screening tests to assess unfamiliar problem-solving, followed by interviews. The process can take multiple hours and may extend if more time is needed to find the right candidate.
