About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and grow our customer base across Spain. You’ll lead the full sales cycle across our expanding SaaS portfolio, driving new customer acquisition and helping build strategic partnerships with automotive dealers, dealer groups and OEMs.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Own the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, prospecting, qualification, through to close
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and positively engage prospective customers within the region
  • Deliver detailed and enthusiastic product demonstrations to prospective and existing customers, remotely and on-site
  • Develop a deep understanding of our growing SaaS product portfolio and effectively communicate value propositions to prospective customers
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify and execute cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in Salesforce
  • Represent CitNOW Group at industry events and functions

We are looking for :

  • Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of managing the full sales cycle and consistently meeting targets
  • Automotive industry experience is essential
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working cross-functionally across teams
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
