We are expanding our team in Getafe (Madrid) and seeking to hire a Business Development Manager .

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive Business Growth : Identify and pursue new opportunities by establishing relationships with potential clients, strategic partners, and suppliers within the power conversion sector.
• Market Intelligence : Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and identify growth areas.
• Proposal Development : Prepare and deliver compelling commercial and technical proposals tailored to client needs and project requirements.
• Contract Management : Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
