About the Role

We are looking for a well-qualified and motivated professional to join our team as a Government & Partnership Affairs Specialist – Europe, responsible for managing institutional relationships, facilitating strategic partnerships, and supporting innovative business model development within the European automotive industry. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in an automotive OEM, government agency, or automotive industry association, who have a solid understanding of European regulatory frameworks and industry collaboration dynamics.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Government and Industry Association Relations

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with European government bodies, regulatory agencies, and automotive industry associations (e.G. ACEA, VDA, CLEPA).
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key policy developments, regulatory trends, and government initiatives impacting the automotive industry.
• Represent the company in public affairs activities, policy dialogues, and industry working groups across the region.

What We're Looking For :
