Project Manager Global Competence Center

We are looking for a Project Manager in our Madrid office

Your main missions will be :

Responsible for the delivery of the projects.

Framing and overall coordination of the workstreams.

Monitoring / Managing the action plan for all stakeholders.

Managing the project team (the contributors) and the relationship with stakeholders

Leading project governance and committee (Steering & Coordination, Go / NoGo meetings, etc.)

Defining the deployment modalities.

Succeed in framing a topic, helping the decision-maker and collaborating IT.

Budget responsibility : coordination of estimates and responsible for budget preparation and tracking.

Project Schedule : Defining and monitoring the overall project schedule Ensuring the projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.

Communication & reporting for the project domain activities.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business School or Engineering School.

4-10 years of project management experience with a solid understanding of project management principles (both waterfall and Agile).

Able to get involved in the concrete execution of tasks that know how to take a step back.

Proven ability to operate in an international and matrix-based organization.

Fluent in both, English and Spanish.

Knowledge of the insurance or travel assistance sector is not mandatory but is a plus.

Advance capacity to work with IT contributors as well as with business contributors.

Current residence in Madrid.
