Product Growth Specialist

Location & Remote

Madrid. Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams, although you acknowledge the value of meeting in person at the office from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption, engagement, and growth through strategic communication and data‑driven initiatives.
• Manage cross‑functional relationships with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive product adoption.
• Experience with growth experimentation, A / B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
• Create product communication materials including launch campaigns, feature announcements, user guides, and promotional content.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify growth levers and optimization opportunities.
• Work closely with marketing teams to develop product‑focused content, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product positioning and communication strategies.
• Manage product communication across multiple channels (email, in‑app, website, social media, etc.).
