Key Position Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and accomplished Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team for a long-term assignment.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent across various departments as well as the corresponding onboarding process for new hires.

The ideal candidate is expected to have at least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously and being able to prioritize effectively while maintaining deadlines accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles across different levels and functions.
- Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop different recruitment strategies.
- Screen, interview, and select candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Manage onboarding activities for new hires in collaboration with local teams and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization (handling candidate paperwork & training program).
- Collaborate with the improvement and implementation of the onboarding process at a corporate, functional, and local level.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local requirements during recruitment and onboarding activities.
Qualifications
Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in recruitment and selection processes, ideally within multinational environments.Demonstrated ability to manage the entire recruitment cycle independently, including onboarding.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to anticipate hiring needs and handle multiple processes with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Strong organizational skills, with a proactive and autonomous working style.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude towards challenges.#J-18808-Ljbffr
