Right now, we’re hiring a Senior Talent Partner to join an exciting new project with a modular compliance platform scaling rapidly across Europe, with a new hub in Spain .

The Role

You'll be fully embedded, working closely with hiring managers to lead end-to-end tech hiring across Engineering, Data, and Product. This is a hands-on role with strategic impact—owning sourcing, delivery, and stakeholder partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the full tech hiring process—from brief to offer
• Partner with stakeholders to shape hiring plans and process
• Source top talent across EMEA (especially in lower-cost hubs)
• Deliver standout candidate experiences
• Share insights and data to guide hiring decisions
• Represent the client brand with credibility and care
