HEAD OF E-COMMERCE

Define, plan, and oversee the implementation of the global e-commerce strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and objectives. Lead and coordinate the e-commerce team to optimize product selection, merchandising, digital marketing, and performance metrics across all international markets.

Key Responsibilities :

Academic Background :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. A Master’s in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Commercial Management is preferred, especially with a focus on fashion companies.

Skills and Knowledge :

Proficiency in Spanish and English (high level). Strong expertise in fashion, trends, and retail. Excellent commercial acumen, leadership, and team management skills. Advanced analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and CRO platforms are highly regarded.
