About the Role

The Area Manager – Network Development will be responsible for supervising and auditing the dealer network within their assigned region. Their mission is to ensure compliance with brand standards, optimize dealer performance, and strengthen the overall customer experience across the network.

Key Responsibilities

• Network standards auditing : conduct regular audits of dealerships to verify compliance with corporate standards in terms of facilities, processes, service quality, and brand image.
• Performance monitoring : evaluate dealership performance through KPIs, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Action plans : develop and implement corrective action plans together with dealers to address non-compliance issues or performance gaps.
• Best practice deployment : support the rollout of corporate guidelines, ensuring consistent application across the network.
• Stakeholder relations : maintain close communication with dealers, fostering strong partnerships and acting as the main point of contact between the network and headquarters.
• Reporting : prepare regular reports on audit results, performance indicators, and improvement measures for senior management.
• Market monitoring : analyze regional trends, competition, and network potential to identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
