About the Role
This position focuses on overseeing and evaluating the dealer network within a designated region. The primary objective is to ensure compliance with corporate standards, optimize dealership performance, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Key Responsibilities :
- Audit and verify compliance with corporate standards in terms of facilities, processes, service quality, and brand image.
- Evaluate dealership performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans with dealers to address non-compliance issues or performance gaps.
- Distribute and support the rollout of corporate guidelines to maintain consistent application across the network.
- Maintain close communication with dealers, fostering strong partnerships and serving as the main point of contact between the network and headquarters.
- Prepare regular reports on audit results, performance indicators, and improvement measures for senior management.
- Analyze regional trends, competition, and network potential to identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess :
A university degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.A minimum 3–5 years of experience in network development, retail operations, or dealership management, preferably in the automotive sector.Strong knowledge of auditing processes, operational standards, and retail performance management.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
