About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Director to join our executive leadership team. This role is the commercial counterpart to our CMO , with shared responsibility for driving growth and positioning our portfolio worldwide.

You’ll lead a dynamic commercial team (Area Managers & Field Supervisors) and shape our international sales strategy across regions and channels. Beyond numbers, you’ll also play a pivotal role in developing talent and ensuring Be Keen continues to be a place where people thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute our global commercial strategy , setting and tracking ambitious sales targets.
• Lead market entries and expansion , identifying opportunities and acting on trends.
• Build and mentor a high-performing international team, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Strengthen partnerships with distributors, retailers, and travel retail operators.
• Drive negotiations with key accounts and strategic partners .
• Oversee sales operations, product launches, retail activations, and promotional cycles.
• Shape a strong company culture and support career development across teams.
