Commercial Director – Luxury Fragrances | Be Keen

For over a decade, we’ve partnered with some of the most iconic niche luxury fragrance houses, including Montale, Tiziana Terenzi, Etat Libre d’Orange, Creed, and Mancera, helping them expand globally across both domestic and travel retail markets.
We are looking for a Commercial Director to join our executive leadership team. This role is the commercial counterpart to our CMO, with shared responsibility for driving growth and positioning our portfolio worldwide.
You’ll lead a dynamic commercial team (Area Managers & Field Supervisors) and shape our international sales strategy across regions and channels. Define and execute our global commercial strategy, setting and tracking ambitious sales targets.
Strengthen partnerships with distributors, retailers, and travel retail operators.
Oversee sales operations, product launches, retail activations, and promotional cycles.
10+ years’ commercial experience in luxury, fragrances, cosmetics, or premium brands FMCG.
~ Proven success in managing international sales teams and distributor networks.
~ Strong knowledge of travel retail (Must) and domestic retail.
~ Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
~ A strategic leader with sharp analytical skills, business acumen, and an inspiring presence.
