Overview

As a seasoned leader in the pharmaceutical industry, we seek a highly experienced Commercial Director to spearhead our commercial operations in Spain. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in oncology commercialization and a proven track record of developing and executing comprehensive commercial strategies.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker to lead a high-performing sales team and oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust commercial strategy to expand our presence in the Spanish market.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop brand plans and identify opportunities to strengthen scientific positioning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to establish credibility and trust.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical leadership roles, with significant expertise in EU oncology markets.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies, driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and stakeholders.
  • Key Responsibilities
