About the Opportunity

Own the card product that connects 30 million users to the future of finance.

MoonPay processes billions in transactions annually, and now we're betting big on Cards—a product that could fundamentally reshape how our 30m+ user base accesses their crypto wealth in everyday situations.

As Senior Product Manager for Cards, you'll be the owner of a greenfield opportunity with unprecedented scale. You're not just launching another card product; you're solving the "last mile" problem that has kept crypto from mainstream adoption. With our existing relationships spanning 800+ crypto partners and major global brands already integrated, you'll have distribution advantages that most fintech startups can only dream of.

What you will do

Define and drive the product roadmap for MoonPay's consumer card products, ensuring alignment with company-wide consumer strategy and user acquisition goals

Lead end-to-end product launches for consumer card offerings, from market research and user discovery through go-to-market execution and post-launch optimization

Develop strong working relationships with engineering, marketing, design, and customer experience teams to deliver compelling consumer card experiences

Analyze consumer product performance using data-driven insights and iterate on features to improve user adoption, engagement, and retention

Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure consumer card products meet regulatory requirements while maintaining exceptional user experience

Own the full consumer product lifecycle from ideation to scale, including consumer go-to-market strategies, onboarding flows, and customer lifecycle management

Prioritize consumer card features and backlog based on user needs, market research, competitive analysis, and business goals

Stay ahead of consumer trends in digital payments, crypto adoption, and fintech to maintain competitive advantage in the consumer market

What you will be working on

You will be responsible for running and launching MoonPay's consumer card products, focusing on :

Consumer card product strategy and roadmap that delivers compelling crypto-to-fiat spending experiences for mainstream users

End-to-end consumer product launches including market research, user discovery, go-to-market execution, and post-launch optimization

Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and customer experience teams to deliver best-in-class consumer card experiences

Consumer product discovery and user research to define clear use cases and gather requirements for card features and functionality

Data-driven consumer product optimization using analytics to improve user adoption, engagement, retention, and lifetime value

Consumer onboarding and lifecycle management ensuring seamless user experiences from card application through daily usage

Building partnerships and experiences designed specifically for card customers

About You

This position requires a deep understanding of both traditional card payment infrastructure and consumer product development, as well as the technical architecture that supports large-scale consumer payment operations. You'll balance complex regulatory requirements with consumer experience objectives, always keeping user adoption, engagement, and retention at the forefront of decision-making.

7+ years in consumer product management, engineering and payment ops, with at least 3 years building consumer card payment products or consumer fintech applications

Proven delivery of consumer payment products that achieved measurable user adoption, engagement improvements, or successful consumer market launches

Strong technical communication skills with hands-on familiarity with consumer payment flows, user onboarding optimization, PCI DSS compliance, and real-time transaction processing

Experience launching consumer financial products and navigating complex consumer acquisition, activation, and retention strategies

Deep knowledge of consumer card products, digital wallet experiences, and consumer payment regulations across multiple jurisdictions

Data-driven approach to consumer product development with expertise in consumer analytics, A / B testing, and user behavior analysis

Excellent stakeholder management skills that translate complex technical trade-offs into clear consumer value propositions
