Overview
We're a small but fast-growing Web3 development agency (14 people right now) and we're looking for a Customer Success Engineer (CSE) / Technical Account Manager to join our team.
Salary : $2,000–$3,000 / month depending on experience.
Location : Europe or LATAM
This is not a corporate environment — we're young, flexible, and fast-paced. Most of our team is based in Western Europe, fully remote. As long as you're getting things done, you can set up your day however you like (we just ask for 8 working hours between 9am–9pm CEST).
What the Role Looks Like
This is a client-facing + delivery role .
- Bridge between clients and developers — making sure communication flows smoothly, projects stay on track, and clients feel supported from kickoff to launch.
- Client Communication
Be the main point of contact for clients over chat and calls.
Bring great energy , positivity , and clarity to every interaction.Provide structured updates, answer questions, and build confidence.Delivery CoordinationCommunicate daily with devs to understand exactly where each project stands.
Translate technical details into clear updates for clients.Keep scope and deliverables under control, flag risks early.Organize tasks in Notion / Slack and follow up to make sure nothing slips.Onboarding & KickoffWelcome clients, set up Slack / Telegram groups, repos, and project boards.
Align on goals, scope, and success metrics early.Ensure early wins in the first 1–2 weeks.Launch & HandoverManage final delivery timelines and checklists.
Prepare handover docs, Loom tutorials, and training.Run smooth launches with proactive comms and fallback plans.Client SuccessBuild long-term trust and reduce stress during crunch times.
Spot upsell opportunities and ways we can add more value.Celebrate wins and keep relationships strong post-delivery.What We're Looking For
Absolute requirement you must have worked at a development agency before.Strong communication skills — you're naturally clear, empathetic, and enjoyable to talk to.Good energy — you transmit positivity and professionalism in every client interaction.Technical fluency — you don\'t need to code daily, but you can understand and explain how full-stack JS apps and Web3 integrations work.Agency processes — you're familiar with how dev / design teams run projects (tools, handoffs, sprints).Languages — strong English (written & spoken). Spanish is a big plus.Proactive mindset — you anticipate issues, solve problems before they escalate, and care deeply about delivering high-quality projects.What You'll Get
