Head of Data Center Construction - Madrid

A leading data center platform in Southern Europe is entering an exciting phase of growth, with operations across Spain and Portugal today and further expansion planned into wider Europe from 2026.

As Head of Construction, you’ll play a central role in this journey - driving the rollout of new facilities across Europe, from complex greenfield builds to the rehabilitation of existing sites.

You’ll be working closely with senior directorship, coordinating teams in the field, and shaping how mission-critical facilities are designed and built for years to come.

Lead and coordinate international construction projects (greenfield and rehabilitation).

Work hands-on in the field while also steering international project teams.

Build strong relationships with EPCs, contractors, and vendors.

Ensure QA / QC, safety, and sustainability standards are consistently achieved.

Report to senior directorship and align construction strategy with corporate objectives.

Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

~ 5–7 years’ experience managing complex construction projects (data center experience preferred).

~ Proven track record in both greenfield and retrofit projects.
