ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Manager based in Portugal , with a strong background in indirect procurement , ideally in the hospitality or consulting industries. You will be responsible for managing key indirect spend categories such as housekeeping, cleaning services, OTAs, maintenance, linen, security, and energy (electricity & gas) . This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires deep market understanding, supplier management excellence, and the ability to drive cost efficiencies while supporting rapid business growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead strategic procurement activities for all indirect categories across Europe
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers across indirect spends such as housekeeping, maintenance, linen, security, and energy
• Support the numa team with procurement solutions that ensure quality, reliability, and scalability
• Drive cost optimisation, quality improvements, and risk mitigation across all spend areas
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders as a Business Partner, ensuring we buy what is right for Numa at the best possible price
• Develop local supplier strategies aligned with Numa's pan-European procurement approach
• Manage tender processes and lead contract negotiations with key vendors
• Monitor market trends, new suppliers, and innovation in indirect spend categories
