Procurement Category Manager - HVAC or Technical Insulation (Europe)

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Category Manager to play a key role in driving our growth across Europe.

We are open to two distinct profiles – both require a strong network, at least 7+ years of experience, and a proven track record in wholesale / distribution procurement (not manufacturing).

Profile 1 : HVAC – Southern Europe

• Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC product procurement within wholesale / distribution
• Strong existing network with HVAC manufacturers and suppliers
• Based in Southern Europe, near an international airport (frequent travel required)
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the maturity to establish and grow the HVAC market in Southern Europe
