Overview Procurement Business Partner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Business Partner to join our team. This is a critical role that will play a key part in enabling successful customer bids and contract delivery.

The successful candidate will support the Sales and Solutions teams with procurement expertise, identifying, negotiating, and securing bespoke supplier contracts that align with specific customer requirements, timelines, and commercial targets.

Responsibilities Act as the primary procurement interface for the Sales and Solutions teams in the development of customer bids and proposals.

Translate customer solution requirements into supplier delivery requirements and sourcing needs.

Identify, engage, and secure suppliers capable of delivering customized or non-standard solutions in line with bid needs.

Support the design and negotiation of bespoke supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with customer deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Procurement Sourcing Management, with a proven track record of delivering large, complex deals across service delivery operations. They will also possess strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and act on complex data.

Strong background in sourcing or procurement management.

Solid project management, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Adept at sustaining strategic relationships and influencing decision-making at all organizational levels.
