To support our rapid growth, we are now recruiting a Channel Sales for the Construction Channel to expand our EveryBody Tech Revolution. A specialised Construction Sales Manager is required to help develop & supervise the Commercial Strategy within the territories in which we are present. He / she will be a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, capable of working with minimal supervision and above all a businessperson who understands how to develop strategies to maximise sales, coordinate internally to solve any stoppers of the business growth with focus on P&L management. A strategic position at the head of Cecotec’s transformational journey. Direct report to the Chief Sales Officer and working in a matrix organization with industry, channel and support Teams.
What will be your responsibilities? Surpassing budget / driving revenue growth through the Commercial Strategy.
Build strong relationships & work with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to deliver competitive operational solutions (Brand / Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Channel / Industry sales, After Sales, Compliance & Legal).
Identifying / launching / conducting efficiency projects to continuously improve the performance of the channel.
