Overview Position : Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist. Location : Iberia region. Role focuses on engaging installers and key customers, promoting Huawei promotions, and maintaining relationships with the installer community.

Responsibilities Visit installers or key customers in Iberia regions to publicize current Huawei promotions and guide installer community registration.

Answer daily on-site questions from installers; collect questions that cannot be answered and report them to the appropriate internal department for solutions.

Communicate new product launch information to installers, presenting key selling points.

Win-back installers to use Huawei products and maintain ongoing relationships with installers.

Background and experience Sales-background. Ideally 1–2 years of PV industry experience in distribution or with installers.

Requirements Business-oriented, self-driven, willing to travel

Spanish and English speaker
